Page 71 of Keith - Mind Control, World Control - The Encyclopedia ofMind Control (1998) says that the reason fluoride was added to water to "reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty"
What I find interesting about this particular line is that I see a big difference between montreal and toronto. I can't say it's ONLY because of the water, however I find it interesting that toronto does add fluoride to it's water and the people here are indeed different.
Different? People seem more complacant in Toronto. They seem to obey the rules, and are less resistant to change. While in Montreal everyone seems a bit more free spirited.
I could be wrong as I only have a small snapshot of Ontario as a whole. Though what I see right now, tells me that maybe there's something to explore...
